[Tutorial] [CS 1.6] How to make custom sprays in cs 1.6

Hello guys ,
Today ill tell you how to make custom spary for cs 1.6

Follow this :

1.  Download Hl tag converter from here
2. Open hl tag converter and select the image you want to make spary 
3. Click on adjust image and then auto size and then click on apply 256 colors
4. Then click on save image , and save it in .wad format , name it tempdecal.wad
5.  ** After saving go to the files location then right click on the tempdecal.wad and click on read only and click ok. ( You need to make it read only to make it work :)  )
6. After that place it in cstrike , there will be an existing file so replace with it . 
7. Now your spray is ready , now you can go to server and check .

Important : Spray may not work in some servers because , they may have set sv_allowupload to 0  due to some exploit , so your spray wont work there
