[AMXX] [FIX] How to Fix reliable channel overflow error [serverside]

Reliable Channel Over Flow using chat fix

if somebody exec a cfg that uses say_team@ (admin chat) 100 times then admin gets kicked with the reason of reliable channel overflow
if is in normal chat then player gets kicked with the reason of reliable channel overflow

Solution:
Put antiflood.amxx before adminchat.amxx in plugins.ini
