[AMXX] Special Round [SPR] v1.6

Description:-

Special Round plugin made by me, this plugin has about 10 rounds - Check Screenshot.

Commands:-
say /spr  (Access Req : ADMIN_BAN )
amx_sprmenu (Access Req : ADMIN_BAN )

Cvars:-

amx_spr (default : 1)

v1.1 : * Fixed Bug : All players not getting weapon

v1.2 : * Fixed minor bugs

v1.3 : * Fixed weapons not removed at round end

v1.4 : * Added Best player of Round . will be displayed at round end of spr
          * Fixed Buy problem (previously i set their money to 0 but in this version i have completely blocked it , at round end it will be again )

v1.5 : *Added - Multiple round block ( previously any admin could start spr when their is already going on but now i have blocked it , you can run only one spr in one round )

v1.6 : *Fixed few bugs
